Terms & Conditions

  1. Subject to these terms and conditions customers can claim after purchasing:
    • £100 cashback - W370 proGreen Energy Star Base Unit (product code: VFY:W3700WX051GB between 4th October 2009 and 28th February 2010 inclusive.
    • £100 cashback on the following product server code: VFY:E1002SP130GB (PRIMERGY ECONEL Server) when purchased with the following product: S26361-F2565-L308 (Microsoft Foundation Software) between 2nd December 2009 and 28th February 2010.
    There is no maximum limit to the number of claims as long as they are purchased under standard pricing terms.
  2. To take advantage of the promotion, customers must complete and print out the claim form (which can be downloaded at www.fujitsucashback2you.co.uk) and send it, along with proof of purchase in the form of a copy of the seller's invoice or receipt to the address set out in the claim form. Proof of order or despatch will not be accepted. The seller's invoice must clearly show the qualifying products purchased, the purchase price and the date of purchase. The participant must not send original invoice/receipts. We must receive the claim form within 21 days of the date of purchase.
  3. The promotion is valid in respect of qualifying products purchased either directly from Fujitsu Limited (FTS) or an authorised reseller or authorised retailer of FTS. Purchases direct from FTS distribution partners are ineligible. The promotion is only valid for end user customers; claims where the products purchased will be resold or rented to a third party are ineligible for this promotion.
  4. Once the claim has been received and approved, the participant will receive confirmation of receipt of the claim form by email from help@fujitsucashback2you.co.uk stating whether or not the claim for cash back has been successful. It is the claimant's responsibility to contact the agent using the email address above within seven days of their claim being sent if an email acknowledgement has not been received.
  5. Cheques will be made payable to the company name on the proof of purchase invoice supplied only. Cheques cannot be made out to individuals except where the product has been purchased for personal use and the claimant's name appears as the recipient on the proof of purchase invoice.
  6. Allow 28 days for receipt of cash back cheque from acknowledgment of your successful claim.
  7. Rebate is inclusive of all taxes. Where this rebate payment constitutes a taxable benefit, all tax liability lies with the recipient.
  8. All instructions form part of these terms and conditions. The cash back will only be paid upon satisfaction by the participant of these terms and conditions. By completing the claim process participants confirm their acceptance of these terms and conditions. Return of the qualifying FTS product to the seller following submission of the claim for the cash back will disentitle the participant to the cash back.
  9. The promotion is open to residents of the UK only. This offer is not open to employees of FTS, their agents, wholesalers, resellers, retail staff, retailers, participating stockists or anyone connected with the promotion. Claims must be submitted by the end user customer only. Resellers may not submit claims on behalf of their customers.
  10. This offer may not be combined with any other promotional offers or special pricing offered on the qualifying products during the timescale of this promotion.

The cash back cannot be granted to the participant who: a) has not purchased a qualifying FTS product within the promotional period; and/or b) has not completed the claim form; and/or c) has not supplied proof of purchase; and/or d) has not submitted their claim to the address set out in the claim form within 21 days from the date of purchase; and/or e) failed in any way to comply with these terms and conditions.
  13. FTS reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible claims. No responsibility will be accepted for submissions which have been lost, or are late, damaged, misdirected, delayed in the post or insufficiently pre-stamped. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
  14. FTS is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs him/her in participating in the promotion.
  15. FTS reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.
  16. All documentation submitted for this promotion becomes property of FTS and will not be returned. Submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from this promotion and future FTS promotions and may result in the submitter being subject to prosecution.
  17. The decisions of FTS in respect of any and all aspects of the promotion will be final and binding.
  18. FTS reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this offer without notice.
  19. Participants providing an incomplete claim form will be notified via email and offered the opportunity to provide the required items within seven days. If the participant still fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the claim for cash back will be refused.
